This is a test… We'll see how well it works.

Okay, it seems to be up. I'm using Blogger [blogger.com] as an easy means to update my personal webpage. (Yes, the MM3000 team members have gone their separate ways… such things happen.) Now I'm using this page as a place to link to stuff I like, temporarily store stuff I need to get someplace without using a CD/3.5 floppy, and post stuff to show my relatives.

I will revise the links side eventually, as the ones there are precoded in the template… it's already 10pm. and I was up at 4:30am. yesterday for All-State Tryouts (which I didn't make, unfortunately. Next year! 🙂 Incidentally, I got the marvellous name for this blog from Paul Halley's [pelagosmusic.com] "Untraveled Worlds," [amazon.com, RealAudio] which is one of the pieces the All-State Choir sings. Mr. Halley, in turn, got it from Alfred Lord Tennyson's poem "Ulysses," which I will link to if I can find the time. Tennyson has some incredible stuff…

However, the main point of my setting this up and posting is this: One of my art projects at school involves something called aestheometry. I needed to get some files I did at home in POV-Ray, [povray.org] to school to show my art teacher, who doesn't have a floppy drive on her Mac G3… thus, they are posted here:

Aestheometry 0 — 80's [local, all .png format]
Aestheometry 1 — Diffraction
Aestheometry 2 — Fall Colors
Aestheometry 3 — The Roll of the Sea (another Halley piece)
Aestheometry 4 — Jasper
Aestheometry 5 — Just Plain Ugly

So, what do you think?
